TIME-CRUNCH MASHED POTATOES

1 18-ounce package unseasoned prepared mashed potatoes (found in dairy department)
1 5-ounce round of herbed Boursin cheese
2 tablespoons butter

Warm potatoes in microwave (or in oven).  Stir in Boursin cheese.  Top with pats of butter.  Stir and heat a bit more.

So easy and surprisingly good, especially with steak or beef roast.
